Charming Naples retreat sitting on La Playa’s Private Golf Course. Private pool with hot tub and outdoor kitchen for pool side dining. 3 beds, 2 baths, perfect for family trips. 10-min drive to beach, 7-min drive to Mercato Plaza, 13-min to Waterside Shops, 20-min to 5th Ave. Open-concept layout with airy living, dining, and kitchen, featuring a coffee/tea maker. Free Wi-Fi, parking, beach gear. Enjoy Naples’ dining, shopping, and golf nearby!
This beach styled home is perfect for family/group trips. This house sits on La Playa’s private golf course & has all the amenities for a great vacation. The home offers 3 bed/2 baths & sleeps up to 6 comfortably in beds.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom offers a king size bed paired with a closet and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The Master also has a smart 55” TV. The two other guest bedrooms offer a king size bed and a queen size bed, and share a bathroom in the hallway between the two rooms. The guest bathroom has a tub if needed.
Private Workspace:
In the guest room with the queen bed you’ll find a desk and chair for getting some work done if needed.
Kitchen:
Stop by the store and grab some groceries if you like to cook! The kitchen offers all the basics guests will need to cook a meal and prepare an amazing course for their family/friends along with them. Also stocked in the bar cart area you will find wine/martini/cocktail glass ware.
Coffee area:
Found in the kitchen the home offers a Keurig combo machine for different types of coffee and tea including ability to make full pots of coffee. A French press is available as well.
Garage:
You’ll find the washer and dryer in the garage with complimentary pods. Please do not park vehicle in garage unless speaking with the owner of the home first.
Backyard:
The back yard is where you’ll find the screened in pool/hot tub/outdoor kitchen for the ultimate hang out. This area of the home is arguably where you’ll spend most of your time relaxing. The pool/hot tub both have the options to be heated if desired (summer time air temps usually keep the pool pretty warm). The outdoor kitchen includes a grill and a separate flat surface for frying along with any utensils needed for cooking out.
Pets: We ask that if you bring a dog along that it uses the bathroom outside of the house and you pick up after it. Cats need to be trained to use a litter box and be without their front claws to prevent possible damage. The guests will be 100% responsible for any damage done on the property by an accompanied pet. There is a per pet fee associated with this listing.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the week coordinating day trips to the beach and other outings. Having this as a home base was perfect. The pool, hot tub really sealed the deal and were exactly what we needed. The property was clean, facilities were perfect. I would gladly book again. Most importantly, the owner was extremely accommodating, fast replies every time and attended to any and all concerns with top priority. Check-in was a breeze, check out was clear and easy. I am so thankful we chose this property and would not hesitate to book this home again! Many thanks from our family for helping make this getaway special!

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Property even offered a coffee bar. The pool area was lovely but it was too cold for us to take advantage. Matt, the host, was great, very responsive. Location of the house was easy to get around. Would definitely book again.

Check-in was super easy for our family. The host was incredibly responsive. The house was well appointed and the pool/hot tub were perfect. House is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to the beach. Would stay there again, for sure!

We had everything we needed there. We really enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi. Of course the weather helped a lot. Very comfortable home. Nice neighborhood will call again.
