We’re delighted to introduce you to our two lovingly furnished vacation apartments between Berchtesgaden and Salzburg—the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the impressive mountain scenery.

Our apartments were completely renovated in 2025 and designed with great care and attention to detail. We want you to feel right at home with us from the very first moment.

You can choose from two comfortable vacation apartments:

The “Untersbergblick” vacation apartment is cozy, modern, and equipped with high-quality amenities—ideal for feeling at ease and relaxing.
The slightly larger “Göllblick” vacation apartment also features a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the Hoher Göll and the Kehlsteinhaus.


Guests of both vacation rentals have access to the cozy terrace, which invites you to linger and relax. There you’ll find a large picnic table for shared meals outdoors and a comfortable hanging chair for two—perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and the peaceful atmosphere. The vacation apartments are located in the same building, and you can stay with us with up to 8 people.

Our vacation rentals offer modern comforts, including:

Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, and a private parking spot right next to the accommodation are, of course, included in the price.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach popular destinations such as Berchtesgaden, Königssee, the salt mine, and the city of Salzburg in no time.

We live right on-site and are happy to be there for you—whether for a quick chat, personalized sightseeing tips, or simply a warm welcome.
At the same time, our vacation apartments offer plenty of space to retreat and relax in peace if you’d rather have some time to yourselves.

Our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our house in Marktschellenberg—in a quiet setting between Berchtesgaden and Salzburg. On the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun and the view of the imposing Hoher Göll; from the open-concept kitchen-living room, you can look out onto the legendary Untersberg.

For Families Children are very welcome here. Upon request, we provide a travel crib, high chair, changing station, bottle warmer, safety rail, and other equipment for the little ones free of charge. All electrical outlets are childproof.
Around the House The cozy terrace with a large picnic table and a hanging chair for two is available to guests of both vacation apartments. Berchtesgaden, Königssee, and Salzburg are within easy reach; the bus stop is only 300 m away. We live in the house ourselves and are happy to help with suggestions for day trips.
Good to Know: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
Thanks to our convenient location, you can quickly reach the popular attractions in the Berchtesgaden region (e.g., Königssee, Kehlsteinhaus, the salt mine, Watzmanntherme, Jenner, the Berchtesgaden Documentation Center, etc.) . The beautiful Austrian city of Salzburg is also just a 10-minute drive away (zoo, shopping, Hellabrunn Palace, Hohensalzburg Fortress, Getreidegasse, etc.). The “Marktschellenberg” bus stop is 300 meters away. For all sports enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers wonderful hiking and biking trails (at all difficulty levels), as well as small but excellent ski resorts in winter (Götschen, Schwarzeck, Rossfeld). Cross-country skiers will also find perfectly groomed trails in the region. Sledding is possible in both winter and summer.
We are Edith and Günther, along with our two daughters, Leonora and Josefine. We are the fourth and fifth generations to live in this house. We look forward to welcoming you to our two vacation apartments.
