Some places you stay in. Some places you actually settle into.

This one's been standing since 1900, and it shows in all the right ways. Wooden beams overhead, brick walls that catch the light, high ceilings that make the whole place feel like it was built for people who appreciate a little character with their comfort. It doesn't try to look interesting — it just is.

The kitchen is the real kind. Cook a full breakfast, make a late-night snack, or just stand there with a coffee while the morning comes in through the windows. When you're ready to head out, Fort Wayne shows up for you — Crescendo Coffee a short walk away, Bistro Nota and The Hoppy Gnome close behind, and the riverfront parks just far enough to feel like a destination without being a trek.

Evenings back at the apartment don't need much engineering. The living room is comfortable in the way that matters — real seating, room to spread out, a smart TV if the group decides staying in was the plan all along. Two queens and a couch sleep five without anyone drawing straws.

The street parking is free. The neighborhood is walkable. The space is stocked so you're not scrambling for the basics when you arrive.

What it really comes down to is this: it's a place with personality in the middle of a city that has more going on than most people expect — and once you're in, you'll understand pretty quickly why people book it again.

For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
