建物は昭和感満載で古いけど、昭和生まれの人間からしたら懐かしい感じがして居心地よかった。一人暮らしの部屋みたい。
夏だったので、洗濯が出来て助かりました。調理器具、洗濯用品、アイロンもあるし、シャンプー、ドライヤーetc.....事前にチェックして行ったので、荷物が最小限で済みました！
狭くて急な階段なので、スーツケースなどで行かれる方は部屋まで持って上がるのが大変だと思います。入口も狭く、1人ずつでの出入りしか無理です。
昔ながらのドアなので隙間あり、鍵をかけていてもすぐに開けられそう。冬に行くとそこから寒い風が入ってくると思います。トイレの水流が最初はいいのですが、タンクに貯まるまでに時間がかかるので、次に行く人は少し待たないといけなかったり、換気扇がないので芳香剤が置いてあるのですが、臭いがキツイと家族はずっと言ってました。
我が家は車で行ったのですが、駐車場までが遠く、(近くのコインパーキングに停めましたが)周りは民家で道幅も狭いので、荷物を出し入れするのに気を使います。途中で車が来たら一旦走りさらないとダメだし、車の中に忘れ物したら最悪です😭最寄り駅も遠いです。夏は地獄です…😰
部屋の機器等の使用説明書が英語なので全然わからない。外国人向けの民泊施設なのでしょうが、日本語表記もお願いしたいです。WiFi環境は整ってるのかな？家族全員無制限プランなのでよかったのですが、制限ある方は要注意です。全体的に私はコスパ良いし満足かなぁと思いますが、Z世代の娘は1人では怖いと言っていました。こういう家の感じに慣れていないからだと思います。

Such a cozy place in a quiet but convenient suburban area. Not the newest but that's what we liked. It felt like staying at a granny's house with a cute decor.
The room was really clean and the amenities were more than enough. The owner was very kind and always willing to help. Very clear with all the instructions.
We stayed with our 3 year-olds and she loved the place. She kept saying "I don't wanna leave!"😂
We were glad we found this place and would love to stay again for sure!
It's a bit of a walk from the nearest station about 15 to 20 mins. And it's located in a quiet residential area with not very bright street lights so if you arrive at night it might be hard to spot at first. But Google map will help you!
