Boutique Hotel "Andza Tiflis"

- room was a way bigger than i expected (and i used to in this budget) - staff were extremely polite and friendly - we were living on a ground floor with trees outside of the window making nature noises, i do not remember when i slept so good

neighbor is a bit hard to walk for my elder aunt but it's pretty fair for the entire city

The lady at the reception was pretty nice and the view from the balcony was impressive.

The place is basically on a hill so you can't just walk there after a stroll in the city center. You have to Bolt/taxi back. The entrance seemed like they are renovating and all their materials were at the front. The room wasn't clean when we got there, the toilet didn't work properly and the heating didn't work as well. Also the breakfast was below average. Overall the hotel is not 4 stars, its a 3 stars. I believe you can get something better for the same price. The receptionist was nice so I feel bad saying this but they can definitely put more work on their hotel. Good luck!
