The location of the home is very convenient to activities in the New River area and the National Park. It was in great condition for our group of 10 senior aged folks enjoying a college "big chill" week around the park. Home was very well equipped and comfortable with everything we needed. Too cool for the pool but was beautiful and clean. Nice and spacious for larger groups. Bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable.
Only one little glitch when we arrived that was not the fault of the property. Code given to open the door was incorrect but caused by Bookiing.com.

Very comfortable, nice amenities!
I think it would be beneficial to state somewhere, how much the pet fee is. We were very surprised by how much it was.

I loved making S'mores in the firepit! Our stay was amazing. The home was very comfy and spacious. Decor was beautifully updated. It was too cold for the pool but it would have been super nice for the kids! They had fun in the gameroom though. Plenty for everyone! Check in and out was very simple.
Everything was great!
