Great appartment above a family house. It has a cool bathroom, fully prepared kitchen, big TV and a lot of toys. Outside garden with a playground is a treat for kids and small dogs. Good base towards cycling or nearby sight-seeing destinations. Ideal for friendly families or solo tourists.
Nothing that lower the rating much. Maybe some sign to the appartment/staircase in case nobody is in front during arrival? WiFi was sometimes asking for additional sign-in. Just minor stuff.
