Lovely place to stay near Hiriketiya Beach! The rooftop is a great spot to relax, enjoy the sea breeze, and watch the beautiful sunset. Comfortable rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and a great location. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect- walking distance to beach, the rooftop had beautiful views of the bay and surfers, with a table and some loungers. Air conditioning was good. Shower was algood, had warm water. Because of these things we thought it was decent value for the price we paid.
The room was dark and basic, with a damp smell and some ants, the pillows and separate single bed sheets were pretty terrible. Wifi broke halfway through our stay and we had no phone service in the room. The kitchen was dirty and smelly with no soap or sponge to clean up after using dishes. Unfortunately everything just felt quite dirty so we didn’t feel entirely comfortable.
