An issue occurred with booking and we were notified right before we got there our reservation was cx had to do with some virtual card booking has. We were already approved and confirmed hours prior. The gentleman at the front desk worked with us until the issues was resolved with booking. Thank goodness I have a special needs daughter in a wheelchair and she would not understand why we would have to leave. Meltdowns due to her being non verbal would have occurred. The guy at the front desk was amazing.

No sound proofing! Can hear people walking overhead. People talking from other rooms and hall. TVs etc. surprising loud! Also drive thru in front is too narrow
