Proximity to beach and running on promenade. Comfortable bed and good shower. Good kitchen appliances

Bathroom extractor fan didn’t work so bedroom smelt of mould. No privacy when sitting outside on terrace. Could have done with a small oven.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, including a functional kitchen and everything needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to spend the night.

Nothing particularly negative to mention. However, the price felt a little high for what was ultimately a fairly standard apartment. It was perfectly fine, just nothing especially remarkable.

It looked exactly like the pictures. Very aesthatic, modern and well decorated. The rooftop is so nice! We had the corner studio on the ground floor, located at the street. With the windows closed its very soundproof. Bed is comfortable (besides the pillows) and the shower is good. Well equipped kitchen with a good coffeemachine and toaster. Location near the port in Denia is perfect. Besides the road, nice and quiet neighbourhood. Very simple check-in procedure and communication with the hosts is good.

We arrived late and the studio smelled moldy. Luckely this got better once we used the airco more often. A complementary bottle of drinking water at arrival would be a plus! With 2 people staying for a week, there is too little storage space. The studio is big enough, an extra cabinet to put your luggage and clothes would be nice. The small cabinet and the sink in the bathroom need maintenance and the floor in the bathroom gets very wet when showering. These things could be improved to make your stay more comfortable. There is no info in the room or provided upfront about using the wifi, using the airco and tv, cleaning procedure etc. This should be provided so you don't have to ask about it.
