Lots of space for 4 people. Great fitted out kitchen for a family. Easy access to trains and buses to Manchester City.

Downstairs is very nice, sofa bed is comfortable
Fridge wasn’t clean, had a very bad smell. Tv remote broken.

The property was a nice place to relax in a quiet area with a garden. The house was kept very clean and was also quite spacious. We visited for a concert at the Co-Op Live which was about 10 minutes in a taxi which made the evening easy to organise. For the price, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The host kept me updated throughout and made the stay very smooth overall.
The pillow in the single bed was quite uncomfortable and the coffee seemed to have ran out, but for the price it is hard to complain and I would happily book again

Close to the National cycling centre which is why we chose it. Comfy beds, clean towels, heating was put on for us upon arrival.
Decor a little dated, only one smoke detector that I saw which was on the upstairs landing, the one in the hallway was missing.
