Hospitality. These people are really nice. When i came to reception they greeted me well, and then whenever i ordered something they came like in 10 mins and right after i finished my food or drink they were coming to take the utensils. I had small minor issue and they immediately sent maintiance stuff. One of things which really impressed me one time we wanted to order some tea late in night and their restaurant was closed and guess what their staff member went to market to bring us tea in at around 3 o clock in night. Extremely nice and generous
