Well set-up basement suite. Well stocked with kitchen amenities and appliances. The owner is on site. He is friendly and helpful if you need anything. Central location with a beautiful park nearby and three golf courses. Fifteen minutes to White Rock and to Surrey Central (Skytrain). Comfortable beds - iron and board provided and a modern washer and dryer in the suite.
Thin walls in a house full of people. Parking is on a narrow street packed with cars, and can cause issues. Little natural light in the suite. Some basics not provided (no facecloth, only 1 bath towel and hand towel per person for 5 days), also no hand soap in the bathroom and only 1 dish towel. Cell service is very spotty - you need to go outside to take or make a call.

The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and hospitable, and made us feel at home from the beginning. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, and our experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver.
