Strict No-Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free community. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, in parking areas, at the pool, and in all common spaces. No exceptions. Violations are subject to a minimum fine of $1,000 and may result in immediate termination of the stay.
No-Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Bringing animals into the property without authorization will result in a minimum fine of $500 and may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
Package Delivery Policy: Guests must request guidance before scheduling any deliveries, as carriers are not permitted to deliver directly to the apartment door, and guests do not have access to the community’s package room.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed. Notify us of any changes.

The condo itself was very nice and comfortable. However, it was only stocked with a couple of cups and bowls, which meant we had to wash them everyday. There was 1/3 of a roll of paper towels. The biggest disappointment was the pool. We wanted to swim everyday, but there was algae all over the side of the pool, and I felt it was unsafe to swim in. We only saw 3 people go in the pool the entire week. The people at the main desk said it would be ready "next week". We have used vrbo many times and we have never been asked to submit a drivers' license, which made us uncomfortable. This particular unit had a very noisy upstairs neighbor--very heavy footsteps. Of course he may not have been a permanent resident. It would have been much more convenient to have a posted wifi password, so we didn't have to go back and forth with the host. A listing of the amenities would also have been helpful. I never found out if there was a gym, which we would have used, had we known about it. When we asked questions, the host was responsive however. It just would be easier to have these questions answered on a paper in the unit.
