Best Western London Ilford Hotel

Short stay to see the Metallica gigs in nearby Stratford. The stag were nothing but helpful and friendly at all times. Nothing was to much bother especially when we had trouble finding parking when we arrived. As they state, parking is free but limited but they managed to find us a place. They were also helpful with advice and directions too. The rooms are somewhat small and ours didn't have Aircon but it did have a desk fan. The reception and dinning room are Aircon. The shower/ bathroom was very adequate and was used a lot over the recent very hot weather. The room itself has all your regular amenities you'd expect although we were pretty much only in the room for sleeping. I had breakfast, additionally at £8 a day, and was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Thank you to all the staff. A great stay.

Very Good

We had a great 2-day stay at Best Western. We traveled from the US with a lot of luggage, so the spacious room was perfect and gave us plenty of space to open our suitcases. The room had all the amenities we needed. My only suggestion is to improve the bathtub, as it was a bit slippery and No air conditioning, so Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing location, excellent staff, good for value breakfast just cleanliness is bit of an issue
