The location is all you need! We were able to sit in the Adirondack chairs provided on the back deck and watch the sunset on the beach just steps from our room. Wonderful!

We liked it was on the beach. However, there was no air conditioning and we had to leave the sliding glass door ajar and the screen did not lock. We had to find items in the room to place in the rail to limit the distance the sliding glass door would open. Being unfamiliar with the area, we were on high alert all night for an intruder.
It is also right on Hwy 101. The highway noise dissipates after 10:00 PM and starts back up around 7:00 AM.
It was in a handy location to reach Prairie Creek and all the interesting Redwood Park sites.

Beautiful motel on the beach! Room was spotless and decorated in beach motifs. Absolutely loved our one night stay here. Got to see a beautiful sunset from our patio. Highly recommend this place!
