Very clean and nice layout. Beds were comfortable. If you don’t like big and fluffy pillows, bring a flatter option. There is 2 levels of stairs, be prepared. Kitchen is missing a 10x13 inch baking pan. Fridge has an ice maker, but low output. We bought a bag of ice to supplement. We had 6 adults. I really appreciate the beach supplies, chairs, kids toys. Beach towels appreciated. A really nice deck for watching lighting storms over Tampa. This gem is located 2 blocks away from main road. Walk across main road and cross a parking lot to get to a nice beach. Indian Rock beach is not nearly crowded as Clear water, which is a 10 min DRIVE. I wd really like to give a shout out to our host. We had golf clubs arrive after we flew home. Our host was easy to contact and ensured our clubs were safe until our local family member could pick them up. Really nice restaurants close by. Pizza from Mike’s. Keagan’s seafood grill is awesome! Beach waves grill. All good spots. You have to eat early!

This proved to be a great stay. The property was exactly as identified; spacious, clean, comfortable, and accessible to the beach. I had reservations about the pool b/c I didn’t see photos but when I inquired I received them and was happy that they matched once I arrived. Also the host was very communicative and accommodating. For example, we couldn’t locate the beach umbrellas and the host made sure we made them before we ventured down to the beach on a hot day. Couple suggestions, more towels bth and beach and investment in more living area seating i.e., larger couch or sectional to fill the cozy space. Would plan to stay here agin!
