- REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS: Complete the check-in form we send you. Your unit number, door code, and access instructions will be sent only after the form is submitted.
- The form covers ID verification, a criminal background check, a valid credit or debit card for incidentals, early check-in requests, and parking/pet fees.
- Reservations cannot be completed if the background check returns disqualifying criminal records. If this affects your booking, you'll be notified promptly upon completion of your check-in form.
- Age requirement: guests must be 22+ to book and check in, or 25+ if booking locally (within 50 miles of the property).
- Payments for optional services not related to the cost of the room (like parking) will be collected via major credit or debit card by the company providing the service.

It should be noted that the unit is a 3rd floor walk up - no elevators. The bathrooms were not very clean, the master having urine run down wall and pool on baseboard behind the toilet before we arrived. Tends to make me feel like unit checks after the cleaners are left to the next renter and not the staff. The whole unit needs a deep clean. A list of major repairs were sent to me (including ceiling repair that would include plaster) and asked if they could do the repairs while we were there. Nobody wants to deal with plaster dust while on vacation. For the things on the list, they should take the unit off the market for a week to get those needed repairs done - as well as the deep clean. Overall, I’d not rent here again. It was adequate - but we’ve rented other units close by that were far and away better.
