The lodge is on the outskirts of Aviemore but is near the banks of the River Spey. The lodge is a comfortable treat to sit out both morning and evening.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living area: Smart TV, Electric Woodburner, Patio Doors

Kitchen area: Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Machine, Washer Dryer
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Separate Toilet.. Calor Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. With its own parking space conveniently located beside the lodge and spacious wraparound decking, it’s perfectly suited for relaxing in the fresh Highland air.

Inside, the lodge features a cosy double bedroom and a twin bedroom, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. There’s a modern shower room and an additional separate toilet, providing practical convenience. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, complete with an electric wood-burning stove—a lovely spot to unwind after a day outdoors. Patio doors lead directly onto the decking, perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. There’s plenty to do in and around Aviemore. Just a short drive away, the Cairngorm Mountains offer all-season activities including guided walks, mountain tubing, biking, and zip lines.
