Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
