Enjoy the best Alpine Helen has to offer in this luxury mountain cabin nestled high atop Mt. Andy! Take in the incredible views from spacious decks and huge windows, all surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. And you'll love the bird's-eye view of Yonah Mountain through the main floor wall of windows along the spacious upper and lower living areas. Located just beyond the kitchen on this main level are two bedrooms, one with two full-size beds and the other with a queen bed. Each has their own television and share a lovely bath with a walk-in shower.
The master king bedroom is located upstairs in the loft. Yes, there is a door to the loft bedroom! The master bedroom offers a private retreat with National Forest views from the balcony. There is a private bath and a television, too.
On the lower level at Five Seasons is another large living area, complete with a comfortable L-shaped leather couch, a television, a regulation billiards and a foosball table. Six outdoor seating areas offer plenty of gathering spots for quiet times, fun times, or getting the whole gang together! Two separate king bedrooms are located on this level, each with a television and a shared bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
The lower deck provides unobstructed views of the spectacular mountain vistas from the hot tub - an amazing way to relax and enjoy the scenery!

Generally the property was in good condition. We had a wonderful weekend even with the rainy weather. Our complaint was with the hot tub and gas grill. Neither were acceptable. Hot tub was dirty with algae growing on the sides. The gas grill was inoperable, no gas. We have had wonderful experiences every time we have stayed at a Georgia Mountain Rental property but this time it was disappointing.

Gorgeous views. Beautiful home. Fire pit is a great addition. House was very clean. We had only one disappointing factor with our stay and it was the hot tub was not clean. When Sherry called to check in I let her know and she apologetic and was ready to send someone right over.

This is our second time renting with Georgia mountain rentals. We stayed from Friday - Monday. As expected, the customer service was exceptional leading up to the stay and through the first night. Sherry was wonderful about alerting me to the snowy conditions ahead and warning of hazardous road conditions. The cabin overlooks yonah mountain with the most picturesque sunrises on clear morning. The cabin was well appointed with all of the kitchen appliances that we could have possibly needed and linens for our large party. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Despite what appeared to be a perfect cabin at a distance, we slowly started to notice some cleanliness issues such as dust bunnies on the door and drool marks on the decorative pillow cases. In addition, unfortunately, due to the snow storm, we lost access to hot water. The company was alerted, but no one was in office to address the issue, though it would have been difficult for a handyman to visit given the road conditions. We did not hear back from the company until Monday morning as we were checking out.

This property needed a lot of maintenance... especially in the outdoor deck. It needs painted very bad... we wanted to grill on the outdoor grill propane was empty. We had no detergent for the dishwasher... or to do a load of laundry. Overall, it wasn’t bad the place just needed a lot of upkeep maintenance.
