The house, with a surface area of 200 m², offers all the necessary comfort to accommodate families or groups of friends. It consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which can be converted into single beds or double beds according to your needs, as well as 2 independent bedrooms upstairs for more privacy. You will also find 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, as well as an office area equipped with a high-speed fibre connection, ideal for those who wish to combine relaxation and teleworking.
Outside, you will enjoy a private and secure 9 x 4 m swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in summer, as well as a summer kitchen with plancha, designed for convivial meals in the open air. The breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the village completes this idyllic setting.PGJyPg
