À propos de cette location de vacances
A sophisticated and refined gem, this apartment is located on the second floor (without lift) of a typical Florentine building.
The entrance opens onto a spacious living room with a double lounge and an open dining area. From here you can access the first bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a two-person shower, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen that extends onto an airy balcony overlooking the courtyard.
A few steps lead from the main living area to the upper level, where you will find a cozy second lounge with a comfortable double sofa bed and television. This floor also features three double bedrooms—one with a small terrace overlooking the courtyard—and two modern bathrooms with showers.
From the kitchen, a charming spiral staircase ascends to another upper level. Here you will find the fifth bedroom with two single beds, a small private terrace, and an additional bathroom with shower.
This Apartment enjoys a strategic location, just outside the restricted traffic zone and within walking distance of Florence’s historic center. Both Piazza della Stazione and the Duomo can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot, making this the perfect base to explore the city while enjoying space and comfort.
