Enjoy easy access to Breckenridge`s shuttle services with a stop less than 2 minutes from the front door. This home is the perfect location for getting around Breckenridge with ease!
Take in sweeping views of Main Street and the surrounding peaks from three private balconies, all while feeling tucked away in a peaceful grove of evergreens. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a joy, the open living area is perfect for après-ski gatherings, and the bright loft space with a skylight offers another great space to unwind. The loft also features a luxury sofa sleeper with a flat, comfortable sleeping surface (no bar!) for extra sleeping space.

Our stay at Chimney Ridge was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and perfectly located for enjoying Breckenridge. We loved the spacious layout, the cozy mountain feel, and the peaceful surroundings. Everything was easy — check‑in, communication, and settling in. It was the ideal place for our family to relax, enjoy the views, and make memories.

Julie and team were great with proactive communication and answered questions promptly and courteously. Home was clean and cozy. Perfect location for walking to two separate lifts. Garage was very useful and was well insulated / warm. Home needs some updates but everything is in working order.
