Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Please leave all keys at the property upon checkout. A $200 replacement fee will be charged for any keys that are removed, lost, or not returned.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted only if they have been disclosed in advance and the required pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up after your pet.

Bathrooms
Please note that the master bathroom is located farther from the hot water tank, so it may take a little extra time for the water to heat up, especially during colder weather.

Please return the key to the lockbox before checking out. Failure to do so will result in additional fees.

Parking Instructions
There is a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed at the property. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage. Please avoid overnight street parking and do not use neighboring or shared parking spaces beside the property. If overnight street parking is necessary, please park on our side of the street directly in front of the home, under the two trees and near the flag pole. Please do not park on the opposite side of the street.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
