Place was super close to Fort Young. Host very friendly. I believe the problem with communication was via Expedia as I never received the check in code and at 10pm and having no data was a difficult situation. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and great location. Great communication with host. Good facilities and well stocked. Overall great place to stay
Couple of minor things…take a sleep mask as room gets light and could benefit from a tea towel.
