Guest Access:

Guests can use the entire home with a reservation. No rooms or features are off-limits.

The Neighborhood:

Sylvan Heights gives you the best of both worlds: a quiet, residential street to come home to, and a five-minute drive into the honky-tonks, live music, and energy of Downtown and Midtown. Grab coffee or dinner without leaving the neighborhood, or head ten minutes over to The Nations or West End for more options, then retreat back to your own rooftop when you're ready to make the night about just your group again.

Interaction with Guests:

Guest can message us at any point during their stay. We send our detailed check-in information to each reservation, but we know questions may come up. We also have detailed instructions and labeling throughout our home for certain amenities where extra details will be helpful.
