The private yard, adorned with azaleas and dogwood trees, offers a peaceful retreat with cozy front porch rocking chairs, an outdoor firepit, and a nostalgic single swing. After a day at the beach (just 7/10th of a mile away), rinse off in the newly installed outdoor shower or unwind in the hot tub under the starry Outer Banks sky.
The first level of the property features a separate King En Suite with a memory foam mattress, a sofa, kitchenette, TV, and dining area. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Moving to the second level, you'll find a comfortable great room, a modern kitchen, a dining area, a King En Suite with handicap features, and a Florida Room that leads to a deck. We ended up booking this last minute when weather forecast changed our Ocracoke camping plans. But what a gem! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Although not ocean front, the short drive/walk to beach was no problem. All area attractions/restaurants easily accessible! You can really tell lots of love has been put into this place…extremely clean and well-maintained. Great for large families. (We had 5 people with pets.) Our daughter and her husband loved the basement “mother-in-law” room! We hope to stay here again one day! Highly recommended!

Loved the house and the amenities. Highly recommend for dog lovers. Felt like my dog was a welcomed guest instead of just being tolerated. LOVE the log cabin vibe
