A 4-bedroom, 3-bath home for up to 10 guests in gated Lucaya Village, twelve minutes from Disney. Two king bedrooms, a full-bed room and a twin room, plus a clubhouse with jacuzzi and on-site bakery. Managed by our local Orlando team, with inspections before every arrival, concierge at no extra cost, and 24/7 multilingual support for late arrivals or anything unexpected. Cleaning and inspection are handled by our own team before every arrival.

Welcome to a Holistays Disney home, where every stay feels seamless. Managed by our local team specializing in Disney-area vacation homes, we ensure spotless cleaning, responsive 24/7 support in multiple languages, concierge assistance at no extra cost, and the comfort of a resort-style experience from check-in to check-out.

This 4-bedroom home in Lucaya Village holds up to 10 guests, twelve minutes from Walt Disney World. The private screened pool out back is the reason most days end at the house rather than out: the kids stay in the water while the adults sit nearby, and nobody has to leave again until morning. Two king bedrooms on the ground floor keep grandparents off the stairs, and a welcome kit with starter bathroom and kitchen essentials is set up before you arrive, so the first night never begins with a supermarket run.

Lucaya Village is a gated, 24-hour secure community in Kissimmee, off Highway 192, with restaurants and shops minutes away. Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 12-18 min, Universal Studios 22-30 min, SeaWorld 18-25 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 20-25 min, Walmart 5-8 min, Vineland Outlets 12-18 min.
A car is the practical way to reach the parks and move around Orlando. The home has free on-site parking and quick access to Highway 192 and I-4. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft works well for nights out without driving.
