Waco has a charm all its own — full of history, heart, and character. Like many growing Texas towns, you’ll see a mix of beautifully renovated homes alongside older ones with stories to tell. The city is friendly, safe, and well-patrolled, but we like guests to know that the neighborhoods near downtown are an eclectic blend of old and new. That’s part of what makes Waco real and welcoming.
**Please note, per Waco city ordinance for short term rentals, parking on the street is strictly prohibited. The home has space for 3 cars in the driveway.
