This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment offers the perfect home base for couples, families, business travelers, and respectful groups looking to experience the authentic energy of San Juan.
Located near Calle Cerra and just minutes from La Placita, Condado, Distrito T-Mobile, Old San Juan, and the beach, you’ll be surrounded by colorful murals, local cafés, restaurants, galleries, and some of the city’s best dining. Santurce is one of San Juan’s most vibrant neighborhoods, so you should expect to hear music and normal city activity, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Each of the three bedrooms includes its own air conditioning unit, comfortable bedding, and ample storage. Please note that A/C is available in the bedrooms only. The living room is equipped with ceiling fans and portable fans to keep the space comfortable.
The newly renovated bathroom features modern finishes and is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to help you settle in from the moment you arrive.
The apartment also includes beach chairs, beach towels, an iron, and a few games for you to enjoy during your stay.
Please note that there is no washer or dryer in the apartment for guest use. Self-service laundromats are located nearby if needed.

Loved our stay at Cityscape Escape! Modern and super clean! Makes me want to remodel my place! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Nice welcome treats, games, beach towels, and extras. Great view of the harbor. Very close to some great bars and restaurants. Gated community and felt safe despite being an older building (don’t let that deter you). There are double locked doors into the apartment, which my kids thought was great. Host was very responsive to our messages. Met some nice locals who live in the building on our elevator ride and one letting their dog out. Nice people. We would definitely stay here again. Felt right at home!
