About 10 miles to AdventHealth Wesley Chapel
Trade the everyday hustle for a taste of Florida paradise.
Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath family home sits on a large, shady corner lot in Lutz, and it is set up for everything from a holiday visit to a stay of a month or more. The heated pool means the backyard works all winter long.
Inside: Comfort Meets Florida Charm
Step into bright, open living spaces where sunlight pours in through skylights and wide windows onto warm wood floors. The extra large family room has plenty of seating for movie nights and game nights, and the kids have their own playroom with arcade games. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes everyday cooking easy, from a quick breakfast to a long family dinner around the table. The home is single level, with one step between the living room and the rest of the house. A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi make it easy to keep working from here.
Your Private Heated Pool
Double French doors open to a screened patio and a private heated pool wrapped in tropical landscaping. Take your morning coffee in the shaded lounge area, swim through the afternoon, or take an evening dip under color changing pool lights. The screen keeps out bugs and debris, and because the pool is heated you can use it year round.
Longer Stays, Made Easy
We regularly host guests who need more than a vacation. Patients and caregivers staying for treatment at Moffitt Cancer Center (about 7 miles), St. Joseph's Hospital-North (about 6 miles) or AdventHealth Wesley Chapel (about 10 miles), families visiting a loved one in care nearby, early snowbirds and families between homes all settle in comfortably here. Work crews are welcome too, with free parking on site for several vehicles, laundry in the home and a full kitchen for real meals after a long day.

My family had a great time at this property. My grandkids loved the pool and the location was perfect for us to get to where we needed to go,Beds were comfortable but I would have liked a bigger bed in two of the rooms for the adults. The living room sectional helped solve the sleeping problem. It had all the necessities of home, from kitchen utensils to pool toys for the kids. All in all, very cozy and would like to stay there again when we're in the area.
