The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Just a short stroll from Hyde Park, you can enjoy peaceful walks, picnics, or morning jogs in one of London's most iconic green spaces. The area is full of cafés, traditional pubs, and international restaurants, giving you plenty of dining options right on your doorstep. Excellent transport links, including Paddington Station and several Underground stops, make it easy to reach all corners of the city or even take a quick trip to Heathrow via the Heathrow Express. This is an ideal base for exploring London with its lively atmosphere, leafy streets, and unbeatable connections.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest train station, Royal Oak, is just a 6-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

I had an excellent stay here! The location is fantastic. Only a 10 minute walk to Paddington Station so you have access to multiple tube lines and a five minute walk to a bus stop, making getting around the city a breeze. Other than the occasional loud car/truck, the street is very quiet and charming. Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens are also very close, about a 15/20 minute walk. I also really enjoyed the small balcony overlooking the street. It was nice to sit outside during the evenings. There were also a few grocery stores within walking distance which was nice to have so I didn’t have to dine out all the time.Check in was super easy. The shop to collect keys from is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was very clean when I checked in. Depending on the weather, it did get a little warm inside so the provided tower fan was much appreciated. Having access to a washing machine was also a huge bonus. Really fantastic stay and would highly recommend!
