With its spacious 200 square meters, Villa Luna offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in a prime location in Wenningstedt-Braderup on the island of Sylt. This charming villa is located right next to the sandy beach, which is just 600 meters away, so you can enjoy the sea and the unique coastal atmosphere at any time. From the villa, you can easily reach the ocean, various shopping options, restaurants, and the town center on foot—all destinations are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The villa has a total of five rooms, including four bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to eight people. This makes the property particularly suitable for families, groups of friends, or even small teams. The interior design of Villa Luna is both modern and cozy. The light-filled living area features a sofa nook and a fireplace, which creates a pleasant atmosphere even on cooler evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a dining table, offers all the amenities needed to cook together and enjoy meals. The high-quality amenities include, among other things, a washing machine, a dryer, and plenty of storage space. The villa features two modern bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, as well as a shower. There is also a separate guest restroom.

Outside, a terrace with a view of the garden awaits you, inviting you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Children are warmly welcome at Villa Luna. For guests arriving by car, a private parking space is available right next to the house. Pets are expressly allowed, so your four-legged companion can also enjoy a vacation on the North Sea.

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets as part of your stay. You can use these to travel across the entire island during your stay.
