Enjoy an unforgettable stay in our cozy home located next to Huelin Park and the beach of the same name, in a fully renovated building, next to the train station. This 90 m² apartment, with free parking space, is perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends seeking comfort, modernity, and a central yet quiet location.
The Space
The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator, and features three fully equipped bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing ideal accommodation for up to 6 people. Additionally, it has two modern bathrooms with showers.
A spacious living-dining room integrates harmoniously with the kitchen, creating an ideal space to share pleasant moments. From the living room, a large window provides access to a charming terrace, equipped with two chairs and a small table, creating the perfect environment to relax, read a book, or enjoy a coffee outdoors.
Amenities and Common Areas
The apartment features quality furniture, air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We also offer an iron, hairdryer, towels, and high-quality bed linens. The property was the perfect size and location for our family. Beds were comfortable. We did enjoy our stay. The only cons were that it is not well stocked-bring your own soap! A dish towel in the kitchen, some extra garbage bags and dish soap would have been appreciated. But, overall, it is a pleasant and comfortable space.
