Cute, clean apartment in downtown. It’s right next to the ASU downtown campus so there’s plenty of decent & semi healthy food options right near it.
I stayed here for a work trip, it was perfect for that.
Bed was way too hard.
Parking for the boulevard units is on the 7th floor of a very narrow garage so it takes about 5 minutes to get in and out of the garage.

The space was very nice, people were really friendly, and it is a great location to get to the conference center easily! The free parking was also amazing!
The internet wasn't working for me personally, but I wasn't in the room for a lot of the time so I was able to manage without it!
