Zeer ruim appartement.

The apartments are very nicely constructed & furnished. There was a pool, and for most of our stay, it was entirely private. One room had a large common room that we could hang out in. Unit was about 10 min drive from downtown La Fortuna.
One AC unit in one room was short cycling (turning on and off very quickly) -- I think it's had a dirty filter or had power issues, and it was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. (Ended up opening the door to the common area.) The pool was also a bit of a negative -- after we went to sleep, and large party checked in and used the pool and were very loud until pretty late. Quiet hours should be enforced.

Very friendly and helpful host. Air conditioning. Location from La Fortuna perfect with a vehicle.
We were in the three bedroom apartment. It is a windowless corrugated iron building with plasterboard inside. Only one bedroom had windows. The kitchen was missing pots and pans although they were available in the communal.kitchen.
