Great location.
Parking spot.
Apartment itself is really cozy, small but real nice.
After showering, water spreads through bathroom floor, so you have to gather it with a mop - not very convenient, though not a big problem. Otherwise cleanliness is spot on.

Armas ja värskelt sisustatud korter. Pisike, aga mugav. Pikaks puhkuseks jääks vahest kitsaks, kuid mõnepäevaseks peatuseks on sobiv.
Kõik eluks vajalik olemas, sh väike kööginurk ja pimenduskardinad. Hea asukoht kesklinna lähedal.
Soovitus - vannitoas võiks olla käterätikunagid.🙂

A very inviting and cozy apartment in an old building.
Feels like a lot of thought and work has been put into fixing the apartment and making it feel really modern.
Great price and good location.
