It was a new flat with modern amenities. Parking in the garage is an added benefit since finding apartments with guaranteed parking is not easy. The host was very kind. His relatives lived nearby and were ready to assist with everything. If I return to Pristina, I would choose the same apartment.
I liked everything and do not want to say anything that doesn’t reflect the reality.

Apartamento nuevo, superbien ubicado (en la parte antigua de Pristina, pero al lado mismo de la zona nueva, más comercial... l) y encima con garaje gratuito (sin garaje sería complicado aparcar por la zona). Además el anfitrión muy agradable, y nos permitió hace el check in antes de lo establecido.
Perfecto para la noche que pasamos en Pristina!

Our experience here was a little mixed. The host was very friendly and helpful, and clearly trying his best; but we arrived to some issues (dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no towels - as if the apartment has been kinda half-serviced). This led to us noticing a few annoying things e.g. the terrace has one seat but no table, the sofa is fraying a bit, there is no air conditioning unit. But on the whole, it's a nice modern building and apartment, and a good selection for exploring Pristina, and the host is very kind.
We were surprised such a modern building didn't have air conditioning (shutters and keeping a door open at night did the trick reasonably well, but that feels like a miss).
