Location, clean, easy to book and very friendly communication with landlord

Didn't know how to switch on hot water but our mistake for not enquiring.

L'appartamento è confortevole, ben arredato e la cucina è completa di tutto. La posizione è centralissima. L'host rispondeva subito ai messaggi ed è stato/a molto disponibile.

The apartment is well located. Upon entering, you'll be pleased with the size and having a full kitchen. The apartment was well cleaned. The refrigerator froze all of our food, but we adjusted it down.

This was a flipper apartment, where the owner has probably never lived. The remodeling was very DIY, and by someone with limited skills. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The sliding doors in the BR don't roll at all. One of the 2 bath towels reaked of mildew. We immediately requested a replacement, but never got a reply. The hand soap is the cheeziest cheap soap possible, and there is no soap or shampoo provided for showering. You'll be surprised to see the open wall behind the toilet. Really bad remodeling. Even with all of that, this isn't a bad place...it's just that the owners seem to be cutting pennies and not considering how it comes off.
