Briiz Hotel Baku

This is a great hotel to use as a base to explore the historical centre of Baku. The location is perfect, situated in a small alleyway for peace and quiet but just 20 metres away from one of the most popular pedestrianised streets in the centre. The metro, supermarkets, and museums are all a couple of minutes' walk away. The service is outstanding, and they really make you feel welcome. The hotel staff helped me find a driver, patiently answered all my queries, and were extremely generous in allowing me to have a shower before my flight, long after I had already checked out. Breeze Hotel is a great example of great customer service.

It’s difficult to find the hotel the first time because is located in a side narrow alleyway. It’d be great to have clear instructions and a map to help reaching the hotel for check in.
