The apartment is very spacious and everything is new and clean inside. There's a big walk-in closet in the big bedroom, so plenty of space to put your stuff. It has a lot of light and is quiet.
It wasn't a problem for us, but I think for people with impaired mobility or small children it would be important to know there's no elevator and it's on the 5th floor. I personally didn't like there were cameras in the hall outside the apartment door. I understand the need for safety for the owners, but as a guest I prefer privacy. Being recorded by someone I don't know feels uncomfortable to me.
