Location was great, clean and secure parking.

2 hours late to be able to check in as cleaner had not finished cleaning when we arrived, although she apologised, no apology from owners, despite me raising it. Poor communication whilst we were there as no WiFi and responses were extremely slow. Please note, although it states sea view, there is no sea view from the property, it from the pool area which is located in the building opposite, so a little misleading. No corkscrew at the premises so couldn’t open the bottle of wine left. Kitchen is dated and constant automated messages sent through booking.com were a little annoying., especially when there were slow responses when trying to contact owners.

Keine Meersicht, wir sind von der Beschreibung her davon ausgegangen, daß der kleine Balkon wenigstens seitlichen Meerblick hat. Es ist ziemlich laut, da direkt an einer Stadt-Kreuzung; Fenster sind aber gut isoliert und wenn diese geschlossen sind, ist es ruhig in der Wohnung. Der Pool ist O.K. und von dort aus hat man Meerblick; er ist jedoch in einem anderen Gebäudekomplex, der vis-a-vis liegt und man muss eine Straße überqueren.

Schöne, gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung, ideal für zwei Personen. Die Lage ist perfekt – direkt am Strand, ruhig in der Nacht und dennoch zentral mit Märkten, Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe. Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden, Bushaltestelle nach Monaco gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

On arrival there were a couple of issues, no wifi and no hot water for 2 days. This was very resolved after some coaxing . The location of the apartment is good. We arrived by rail from Nice airport. The train station was an easy 10 minute walk from the apartment. Only A 2 minute walk from the apartment took us to a beautiful beach, 5 mins walk to a supermarket and many restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was quiet at night. We made full use of the verandah everyday. The railway and bus networks are excellent . We visited monte Carlo, Beaulieu sur mer and Villefranche sur mer which are both breathtaking. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed . Menton is the cleanest place we have ever visited. The street cleaners came every single day.
