Very cooperative host. Very clean apartment. Easy to walk to nearby shopping mall and have all you want even without having to drive.
Laundry services came in handy... Very affordable and professional staff.
I really can't point out any shortcomings

Very clean, easy access, great location. Great for what we required.
Maybe an Aircon.

The property is located within walking distance - should you so wish - of fine restaurants and a food market. Also, it is comfortable and well appointed and it is spotless with coffee/tea making supplies and appliances available.
The property is in close proximity to a very busy Oxford Street. It was a cool evening when I was there so I could keep the windows closed. However, in summer the street noise may become obtrusive as one would have to keep the windows open.
