Pretty spot, great for two adults who each want their own room.
‘Couldn’t figure out how to heat but didn’t reach out to the owner, which I could have. We found it a bit cold but logical because of the stone.

Good, clean house for a larger group if you're happy sharing rooms. Great for the price. Location was perfect in stemnitsa town and house was comfortable with a living and dining area
There is a large outdoor area with a lovely view that is not well maintained and doesn't have any furniture. It would be great if this was made usable

Absolutely charming and authentic experience! We loved walking through the arched stone gateway with the big wooden doors, loved the terrace with an incredible view of town, loved the stone details throughout, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our 3 nights in the sweetest little town in all of Greece.
Huge bonus that it is a short, basically flat, paved walk to the town square to eat, have drinks, and watch village life. Plus, that walk takes you right past the best little bakery and its heavenly treats.
The neighbors were also very friendly, and it was easy to hop in the car and head out for the day.
Nothing at all! My friend has some moderate mobility issues so the stairs to the bedrooms weren't her favorite, but they were very manageable l.
