La struttura era in assoluta prossimità del centro di tallin che a piedi si poteva raggiungere in pochissimi minuti. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa per 3 persone. Letti comodi

L'aria condizionata non era settabile. La stanza era sempre freddina per le nostre necessità. Abbiamo avuto problemi con lo scarico del lavandino del bagno. Abbiamo segnalato entrambe le difficoltà alla reception senza nessun tipo di esito. Abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio a 12 euro al giorno offerto dall'albergo. Il giorno che siamo andati via abbiamo trovato una multa di 50 euro. Contattato l'albergo ci è stato detto che per un loro errore il nostro pagamento non risukltava caricato nel sistema nel modo corretto portando di conseguenza alla multa. Dopo un mese mi dicono che hanno risolto. Speriamo di non ricevere tra un pò qualche comunicazione contraria a quanto da loro dichiarato.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed. Very family friendly hotel. We loved the movie room / lounge next to the restaurant. The kids loved the kids’ menu. Service was great. Can’t recommend enough.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kaikki kovin siistiä , on niin uusi hotelli. Sijainti loistava sekä vanhaan kaupunkiin että satamaan. Aamiainen monipuolinen.

The hotel is nice overall, with a good design and an excellent location, close to both the Old Town and the harbour. The location is definitely one of its main advantages.

Service was not perfect. The cleaning was poor on some days, and the towels were not changed. The air conditioning could not be adjusted, so it was too hot at night and uncomfortable to sleep. We also had an issue with the payment. We paid the full amount in cash at check-in. However, when we were checking out, we were asked to pay again because our payment had not been recorded in the system. We explained that we had already paid at check-in, and the employee said it was fine and there was no problem. After that, however, I received a phone call regarding the same payment issue and had to explain the situation again. Considering that the hotel is quite expensive for its category, I don’t think the level of service justifies the price.
