We had all the information we needed to make check-in quick and easy. Mikael helped us with our special requests to accommodate a 1 year old and was very quick to respond when we had a question about the remote. There was a variety of kcups available for coffee, as well as tea and hot chocolate, and even some snacks!
The forced hot air heat is a bit loud when it is running and the bedrooms were a bit warmer than the other living spaces. But cracking the bedroom doors at night helped solve that! It did not detract from our stay.

Snacks were awesome. Mikael was fabulous. Slept great on the bed. Couldn't be happier.
Nothing.
