Hotel Zurich Oldtown

Just perfect location for a short stay in a heart of Kaleiçi!

Small cosy family hotel, you can get all you need, soap and shampoo as a bonus, nice bed and perfect clean sheets, we enjoy our stay unless it’s too short)

Posizione ottima, personale fantastico, camera molto confortevole.

Tutto perfetto.

It’s a family business and they run a restaurant and have 6 rooms above! Don’t expect a reception as it’s not a hotel, and the entrance can look messy and smell funny as they store a few things in there! Be open minded with this nice budget accommodation! The rooms are clean, shower is great, staff members are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Location and prices are exceptional! Make sure you take ear plugs as the street and nights do get noisy! It’s very close and walking distance to the marina, all the great restaurants and many touristic points! It’s also close to the tours pick up location at mc Donald’s! You will be treated with great respect everywhere you go and for female solo travellers like me it’s 100% safe in there! I was sad to leave after 9 days

The hotel was clean, well located, and the staff was friendly.

One of the windows in our room did not close properly, and a towel had been wedged into the gap beside the window frame. As the hotel is on a very noisy street with many bars and restaurants, there was essentially no sound insulation from that window, and we could not sleep until the surrounding venues finally closed. The mattress and pillows were too hard for our taste, and there was no hot water in the morning until around 9-10am.
