Excellent accommodation for a family of 6. Clean and good kitchen equipment. The only thing that made it bad because it was too hot that day and we are sweating the whole time inside the room. But I guess we came in during heatwaves

Close to train stop and short walk to cafes - super important as no coffee in room . For
Dinner would recommend Beluccis

If you want clean, comfortable, modern, spacious, great location and quiet, this place is for you.
I was given a late check out and the maid was very helpful.
If you need the following amenities, you may need to reconsider. No ice, vending, water, food, drinking glasses (were delivered on request), no fridge, no milk for tea or coffee, no Kleenex, 2 lights without bulbs and a flooded bathroom after showering because the door doesn’t close, then you can decide how important these things are.
This is not a hotel. It’s a building with individual rooms and a small lobby with computers to check in and make your key card.

The hotel is close to a S-bahn station which helps moving around the city. There’s also a very good cafe nearby.
