Greystone Villa –Luxe Modern Retreat with Ocean Views & Pool

Property Overview:

Perched on the lush hillside of Chaweng with panoramic ocean views, Greystone Villa is a bold expression of tropical modernism—where architectural design, natural elements, and modern comfort flow seamlessly together.

This exclusive 3-bedroom retreat was brought to life by Vastu Villa, in collaboration with Yuthis Chetty and Superliving, blending clean geometry, organic textures, and cutting-edge smart home technology.

At Greystone, you’re not just booking a villa—you’re stepping into a curated lifestyle. With full home automation, personalized hospitality, and a soul-soothing ambiance, this sanctuary is ideal for couples, families, and digital nomads alike.

Designed with Soul – by Vastu Villa & Yuthis Chetty Team:

Inspired by the natural rhythm of the island, Greystone was designed to live in harmony with its surroundings. Clean lines, stone, wood, and glass create a warm yet refined atmosphere that evolves beautifully throughout the day.

Every detail is intentional—crafted to evoke balance, serenity, and connection. The result? A villa that feels less like a property, and more like a state of mind.
